Dental Hygiene Coordinator
The Schultz Center for Comprehensive Dentistry | Sharpsburg, Georgia
Are you the kind of person who loves keeping things organized, running smoothly, and one step ahead of everyone else?
Do you take pride in a full schedule, happy patients, and a team that’s firing on all cylinders?
If so, you may be exactly who we’re looking for.
About Our Practice
We’re not your typical dental office. We’re a growth-focused, patient-centered practice that believes dentistry should feel different — for both our patients and our team.
Our patients value relationships, trust, and a high-quality experience. Many have been with us for years, and we take that responsibility seriously.
Our team is supportive, accountable, and always working to improve. We believe in clear systems, strong communication, and creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work.
What You’ll Do
This role is all about keeping the hygiene side of the practice running smoothly and efficiently — while making patients feel cared for every step of the way.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Managing and optimizing the hygiene schedule
• Helping patients stay on track with their routine care
• Reaching out to overdue patients and getting them back in
• Filling openings quickly and efficiently
• Communicating with patients in a warm, professional, and helpful way
• Supporting the clinical team by ensuring strong follow-through
You’ll play a key role in both the patient experience and the overall success of the practice.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success means:
• A consistently full hygiene schedule
• Patients who stay engaged and return regularly
• Minimal last-minute openings or gaps
• Patients who feel welcomed, remembered, and cared for
• A team that can rely on you to keep things running smoothly
Who You Are
You may be a great fit if you:
• Are highly organized and detail-oriented
• Like being in control of moving parts (and making them work together)
• Are proactive and don’t wait to be told what to do
• Communicate clearly and confidently
• Enjoy helping people and building relationships
• Stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
Dental experience is helpful but not required — we’re happy to train the right person with the right mindset.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
• A supportive, team-oriented environment
• Clear expectations and structured systems
• Opportunities to grow and develop your skills
• A role where your work truly makes an impact
• Performance-based incentives
• 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching
• Paid time off
• Team uniforms
• A beautiful, state-of-the-art workplace
• A collaborative culture built on kindness, respect, and excellence
• Opportunities to grow as our practice continues to expand
Why This Role Matters
This isn’t just a scheduling position. You are a key part of how patients experience our practice — and how we continue to grow.
If you enjoy being the person who keeps everything on track and takes pride in doing things well, we’d love to meet you.

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
The Schultz Center for Comprehensive Dentistry | Sharpsburg, Georgia | Full-Time | Starting January 2027
We’re Building Something Extraordinary
The Schultz Center for Comprehensive Dentistry is entering an exciting new chapter with the opening of our brand-new, state-of-the-art practice — built around one simple belief: dentistry should elevate lives.
We’re creating a practice where exceptional clinical care meets genuine hospitality. Where patients feel known by name. Where technology enhances relationships rather than replacing them. And where every team member is encouraged to grow personally and professionally.
At The Schultz Center, we believe dentistry should feel different. Our mission is to provide exceptional, patient-centered care in a warm and sophisticated environment while elevating the standard of dentistry through advanced technology, personalized treatment, prevention, and a holistic approach to health and wellness. We believe every patient deserves to feel valued, supported, and genuinely cared for.
We’re not simply hiring another hygienist.
We’re looking for the right person to help shape the future of our hygiene program and our practice.
Who We’re Looking For
You may be a great fit if you:
• Believe dental hygiene is about improving lives — not simply cleaning teeth
• Love building genuine, long-term relationships with patients
• Enjoy educating and empowering people to take ownership of their health
• Take pride in clinical excellence and thorough care
• Understand that oral health is connected to overall health and wellness
• Bring positivity, humility, accountability, and professionalism to your team
• Are curious, coachable, and committed to lifelong learning
• Appreciate strong systems and clear communication
• Want to work collaboratively with doctors and teammates rather than independently in a silo
• Have a growth mindset and a genuine heart for serving others
What Success Looks Like
For us, a great hygienist isn’t defined by how quickly they move through a schedule. Success looks like:
• Patients trust you and feel known and genuinely cared for
• Patients understand their health and feel empowered to improve it
• Periodontal disease and other concerns are identified and addressed appropriately
• Patients remain engaged in their continuing care
• Your clinical documentation and communication are consistently excellent
• Doctors and teammates trust your clinical judgment and follow-through
• You seek feedback and continue developing your skills
• You contribute positively to the culture of the practice
• Patients are genuinely happy to see your name on their schedule
Why You’ll Love Working Here
We believe great dentistry starts with a great team — and that means investing in the people who care for our patients.
• Competitive compensation
• 401(k) with employer matching
• Paid time off
• Continuing education and professional development
• Leadership development opportunities
• Team uniforms
• Modern technology and equipment
• A beautiful, thoughtfully designed, state-of-the-art workplace
• Clear systems and expectations
• A supportive, collaborative team environment
• Leadership committed to your personal and professional growth
• Opportunities to grow as our practice continues to expand
Why This Role Matters
Hygiene is not an accessory to comprehensive dentistry. It is one of its foundations.
Our hygienists are clinicians, educators, advocates, and trusted guides. They often develop some of the deepest relationships in our practice and have an incredible opportunity to influence not only a patient’s oral health, but how that patient thinks about their overall wellness.
The Schultz Center exists to contribute to a new standard in dentistry — one where prevention, technology, clinical excellence, hospitality, and genuine human connection exist together.
A Note from Dr. Anna Schultz
“The culture of our practice matters just as much as the dentistry we provide. I’m looking for people who care deeply about serving others, are committed to lifelong learning, and want to help build something truly exceptional. If you’re searching for more than just your next job, I’d love to meet you.”
